The tightening thread stripped after first use. It had not been overly tightened stopping when slight pressure was felt. The low quality thread material was all in the bottom of the shoe. I recommend finding an alternate, higher quality product.

great shoe stretcher! never did wrong for me, especially when I needed more room. bought the one way, but next time i should of invested in the two way. great product in general though.
