They are made of EVA and natural cork with an absorbant silk lining that can be hand washed. The natural heat and weight from walking will mold these insoles for custom comfort. The metatarsal arch helps support the ball of the foot lifting toes to their natural position while the deep heel cushion relieves heel pain. The high contoured arch offers support for the longitudinal arch and helps prevent pronation.
