Product worked well for most of my boots. Its kind of sad that it didn't reach most of my boots because of the length of my boots. Putting it in and shoving the toe piece all the way in wrinkled the shaft of my boots. Luckily customer service warned me about it... wanted to see it for myself though. Great product nonetheless.
