Our parent companies, A Imports, Inc., and Kugo, Inc., have been importing and wholesaling shoe and foot accessories since 2000
Discovering that there is a great variety of extraordinary products that are being sold successfully in European countries, but not in the U.S.A., we made it our goal to provide a marketplace for these premium products. Before joining Kugo Inc., our company's President (MBA) worked in the headquarters of the leading German sport shoe chain beginning in 1989 and therefore has many years of experience in this field. We are proud to be able to offer you the highest quality and the best customer service.
Starting with this idea, the products featured on our web site cover a wide range of categories. All products are carefully selected with quality being one of the key criteria for our selection. Almost all top-quality items have already been tested and approved by large groups of customers in European countries. With our company's motto is "Only the best is good enough", and the safety and health of our customers and the environmental safety of products distributed by us are the two other key criteria for our product selection.

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible. As we charge a flat rate for shipping to U.S. street addresses, we will choose the most appropriate method for your order, like UPS, USPS or DHL.
FootFitter.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at email@example.com.
Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transportation. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap.

Cancel an order
If for any reason you find that you need to cancel an order, change an item in an order, or change the shipping address, please call us at 1-800-871-4624. Generally we cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. Therefore the sooner you call the better our chance of catching the order in time. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Please see our return policy for details.
There is no sales tax on orders, with the exception of orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. Orders shipped to California addresses are subject to a sales tax of 7.50%.
You may return your new, unused purchase for any reason within 365 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, excluding our actual shipping and handling costs. In addition, some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been personalized, modified, or assembled.
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. However, if an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will make every effort to correct the situation.
Please call 1-800-871-4624 or email info@FootFitter.com for return authorization and special return instructions. You will need the following information on hand: order number, your full name, and reason for return. If you contact us by email, enter the order number / invoice number into the subject line. Due to excessive spam, all emails without a subject line are automatically deleted.
If you decide that you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our Standard Return Policy. If a product arrives damaged, or if we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with either a full replacement `or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us.
If the problem is due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire product. We stand behind our products and maintain strong relationships with all of our manufacturers. If there is a problem with the product, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
